Located on the north of Namibia, the Damaraland reveals its large arid landscapes. In the desert-like universe, the Damaraland Camp, member of the Wilderness Safaris collection, has 9 tents offering a comfortable but simple stay and are built on a rocky ground with red reflections. Not far from there, the Huab River winds down peacefully and provides water to the rare elephants in the desert, the zebras, springboks and the giraffes. The Damaraland Camp is a stopover which allows you to admire the rock paintings of the Twyfelfontein site, one of the most ancient of its kind in east Africa. The geology in this wild region of Namibia is remarkable, revealing amongst other things, a petrified forest and numerous canyons. At night, before gathering near the campfire, the small swimming pool allows for a precious and relaxing time.
