The Namib Rand reserve, located in the south of the famous sand dunes of Sossusvlei in the Namib Desert, hosts luxury lodges and camps named Wolwedans. The structures are intimates, since some of them only have 2 luxury tents which have the particularity of being located in the middle of the wildest and most breathtaking desert. Most of the tents are built on stilts and are completely open to the environment and to the infinite sight of the Namib Rand land. The Wolwedans Boulders Camp, one of the most recent, welcomes its guests at the south of Wolwedans. The Camp is built right up against the red granite rocks. Here, the large arid plains with yellow grass are punctuated with mountains. The Wolwedans camps offer numerous activities such as trips in 4×4, fauna and flora observation of the Namibian desert, trekking, horse ridding, hot air balloons flights… A fantastic adventure in an area still untouched in Namibia.
