Palazzo Seneca

Two hours away, south of Sienna, we reach Norcia in Umbria, the black truffle capital. In the historical quarter of the city, a 16th century palace, home of the Bianconi family who have been celebrating the art of living for the least 150 years, welcomes its guests. The Palazzo Seneca, composed of 24 suites is also a gastronomic sanctuary. The culinary experience is remarkable thanks to the creative compositions, the magnified flavours of the area,the local produces and the specialities either homemade or purchased from the small local producers.
