Bordered to the east by the Atlantic Ocean and to the east by the Indian Ocean, South Africa covers the southern part of the African continent. Its diverse landform allows for boundless and magnificent areas: steppe, desert, savannah, mountains. The country with its urban concentration, its small cities and their Victorian atmosphere, and its zulu villages is a reflection of this natural diversity. It also hosts natural reserves, safe haven for the fascinating flora and a fauna, including the famous Big Five (lion, rhinoceros, elephant, leopard and buffalo). The luxurious lodges we selected all have in common a harmonious integration in their natural environment and a sophisticated decor. They are located in the renowned Kruger Park, in the private natural reserved of Sabi Sand or in the Kalahari Desert.
