Hotel Sahrai

Formerly used as a summer Palace, Sahrai is located at the entrance of the Fès medina and is one of the latest creation of the Sefrioui family, already owner of Riad Fès and the Maison Blanche. Overlooking the medieval town, Sahrai is erected on a green hill in the new town, half way between the luxurious Riad and the Resort. The French architect Christophe Pillet made the most of the local artisan’s experience whilst creating a lofty and fluid feeling with large luminous spaces. Marble, ceramic and zellige stand alongside natural Taza limestone and wood. The rooms and suites with clean lines open up to the Royal Palace and the Mellah. The culinary flavours oscillate between French cuisine brasserie chic of the Relais de Paris and Moroccan traditional cuisine of the Amaraz. The Spa treatments take place at the Givenchy Spa hidden behind the moucharabiehs. At last, a lounge bar located on the rooftop offers an unbeatable view on the old town where we can enjoy cocktails whilst listening to the latest music and DJs.
